Where did January Go?

November 25, 2019

A lot has happened since my last update!

We had an incredible opportunity to be a part of the 2020 Missions Pray.Give.Go Conference at FBC-Winnsboro this past Saturday. It was a whirlwind trip, and we had the privilege of updating one of our partner churches regarding the work here. It was exciting to talk about teams coming to be "on the ground" with us! We can't wait! About the trophy...that's the "Chef Boyardee Trophy" that will be awarded to the "Sooper Bowl Champion" next week. This is a SERIOUS thing, and I couldn't pass up sharing the picture. May the best team win!

Yesterday was our second "Pfamily Gathering" since we have kicked off our small group work. We have begun meeting weekly, and we are praying for many things for this group: Spiritual growth, community, opportunities to serve our city, numerical growth and group multiplication, and "pfamily" unity. Please pray with us.

Now, the most exciting news! Our Sarah had a "heart collision" with the truth of the Gospel, and on January 17, she gave all of herself and her life to Christ in complete surrender. Being brief, through lots of conversation and searching, she came to the conclusion that she had gone through some motions as a child but had never truly surrendered her heart to Jesus. We are so excited for her being sensitive to and aware of the conviction of the Holy Spirit. It's worth repeating how excited we are for her! God is so good.

Please pray with us for:
1. Our Pfamily group.
2. Our family in general.
3. Ashley for clarity.
4. Kathy for her children's future.
5. Bailey & Aaron and Ellie Mae (July 2020).

Please let us know how we can be praying for you.

For the love of Pflugerville,

Heath & Karen

Spring Forward

February was a quiet month overall, but at the same time it was full of activity. Our midweek gatherings have continued to be strong! Pray for the Spirit to move.
