All that I can say is...WHAT A MONTH!

As a church, the year is off to a great start. We began the year worshipping with our partner church in Round Rock where we were able to spend the morning with familiar faces and sharing updates about our work in Pflugerville. The following week, we were blessed to have Garrett Waggoner and Ben Byerly back from Lubbock to lead worship. For the balance of January, we were able to get our small groups rolling again following a holiday break. All in all, it was a great beginning to what we know will be a wonderful year!

Personally, January was a challenge for our family. We have made multiple trips north to check on family. Karen's mom, Mary Kay, is on a new journey with lung cancer, and my mom, Carole, began a new journey as well related to kidney failure and hemodialysis. God has been so good through it all, and He has already answered so many prayers for us in both of these struggles. Please add both of these special ladies to your prayers, and please join us in asking the Father to heal their bodies and restore their health and well-being. We love them both so very much.

One final request. Pray BOLD prayers for us as we continue to search for a location to worship that will allow us to expand our reach and allow for growth. We have been blessed to be able to utilize Springhill, but we are experiencing limitations based on this location. We are asking for God's provision in a difficult real estate market, but more important, we are asking Him to place us where we will have the greatest Kingdom impact. He has proven to us time after time how faithful He is, and we are waiting with great expectation for what's next in His plan!
