As I am typing and thinking about the holidays ahead, I cannot help but be so very thankful for all that happened in October! We had an incredible month with TONS of activity.

The month began with the opportunity to be a part of the Co:Mission Conference in Frisco where 500+ college students gathered to worship and be challenged in fulfilling their calling. We were able to connect with many young men and women that may be interested in serving with us here in Pflugerville. In the middle of October, we chose to "do church" a little different. Our city's annual Deutschen Pfest included a Sunday morning opportunity for us to set-up and connect with hundreds of people from our great city. It was a great morning, and we made many new connections.

As the month came to a close, we were able to be a part of one of my favorite events. Once again, we set-up our tent and tables as part of the first FCA Fields of Faith to take place at Hutto Memorial Stadium. That Wednesday night, there were 350+ middle school and high school students in attendance, and 80 surrendered their lives to Christ! This brought the month to a close with a bang!

As I always say, it continues to amaze us (even thought it shouldn't) how God moves and works with, through and ahead of us. He is so good and so faithful, and we are always anticipating what's next.

Our prayer for you and your family is for a very Happy Thanksgiving season with friends and family. We pray this is a season that you are able to celebrate all that God is doing.
