Was That Snow?

November 25, 2019

It was so beautiful and so rare in Central Texas! On January 10, we had nearly five inches of snow, and it was so much fun...and COLD. Photo credit to Cohen Photography for the beautiful aerial shot of Lake Pflugerville.

Our Pfamily Group has kicked off the year strong, and we are looking forward to all that is ahead in 2021. We are praying for many things as a group, and we want to invite you to join us.

  • Pray for the lifting of local restrictions on facilities we are able to utilize
  • Pray for COVID-19 vaccine availability and effectiveness
  • Pray for people to hear the Gospel and give their lives to Christ
  • Pray for partner mission teams planning to come to Pflugerville
  • Pray for the opportunity to begin a second Bible study group

The final prayer request needs a little more explanation. Mid-January, Karen and I took cookies and smiles to homes in our neighborhood. Sadly, not one home opened their doors to our knocks. Pray for us and our group as we work hard to reach and engage more people with the Gospel. Pray that doors would be opened in order to allow us to have conversations. Honestly, we could have taken this as a defeat, but we actually consider it a challenge. Pray for boldness. Pray for energy. Pray for the lost in our city.

We love you all so very much, and we cherish your prayers and support. If you would like to give to the work we are doing here, please click the link below, "Support CrossWalk-Pflugerville." You are able to give online, and there is information on sending a gift by mail. If you do choose online, be sure and click "CrossWalk Pflugerville" in the drop down menu for fund choice. Again, thank you for your love, prayers and support.

For the love of Pflugerville,

Heath & Karen
