Most recently, Joe served as the College and Young AdultsPastor for CrossWalk Church in Round Rock, Texas. He has served as a Student Pastor, Family Pastor, and Worship Pastor in Texas and Indiana. He is a graduate of Criswell College with a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling and Biblical Studies, and he holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary. He has served on mission teams to Poland, Nicaragua, Honduras,Guatemala, Mexico, and several American states. Joe currently serves on the Criswell College Board.

Liza has been a public school teacher for more than 15years. Currently, she is an elementary teacher for Hutto ISD.  As a young adult, Liza traveled the states toperform with an acapella choir and enjoys singing for churches to this day. She has served on mission teams to Mexico and several American states.

Joe and Liza are the proud parents of four adult children –two daughters and two sons. Their daughters, Marisa and Cristina, are graduates of The University of Texas at Austin. Their sons, Daniel and Josiah, are current students at Texas A&M University. Despite being a house divided, the family gets together for Formula 1 racing.
